Harvest at Bellagio Conservatory and Botanical Gardens

Fall is here and along with it the return of the iconic pumpkin. It’s almost time to visit the pumpkin patch to pick up a pumpkin or two to carve. In the meantime, here are some colorful images of big and little pumpkins amidst giant floral encrusted mushrooms, fairies, mushroom capped habitats, an oversized sewing machine and a variety of seasonal flowers and plants. Bellagio Conservatory consistently offers a delightful floral display every season. If you happen to be in Vegas, go see this enchanting display which ends on November 4, 2023. Happy autumn! Pumpkin Season

Pumpkins come in all shapes, sizes and colors!  Pumpkin, pumpkin  Sitting on a wall Pumpkin, pumpkin Tip and fall. Double, double toil and trouble Fire burn and caldron bubble Fillet of a fenny snake In the caldron boil and bake Eye of newt and toe of frog Wool of bat and tongue of dog Adder’s fork and blind-worm’s sting Lizard’s leg and howlet’s wing For a charm of powerful trouble Like a hell-broth boil and bubble. Double, double toil and trouble Fire burn and caldron bubble Cool it with a baboon’s blood Then the charm is firm and good. William Shakespeare, Macbeth I only have pies for you, warts included. “There are three things I’ve learned never to discuss with people: religion, politics, and the Great Pumpkin .” It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown ***** Images by TravelswithCharie
