St Anne Parish Church (Molo Church) In the center of Iloilo is a Neo Gothic and Renaissance style church called St. Anne Parish or Molo Church. It bears the sole distinction of being a "feminist" church. Molo Church celebrates female saints and martyrs whose statues stand sentinel on pillars along the length of the nave. The central altar holds the figures of St. Anne and her child, Mary. What an exceptional tribute to these women who spent their lives in the service of others while suffering hardships, trials and persecution.
